Scope of Services
Global Estimating LLC provides construction estimating and takeoff support based on the project information supplied by the client. Estimates may include material quantities, labor considerations, cost breakdowns, and other project-specific information depending on the agreed scope. The accuracy of the estimate depends on the completeness and quality of the drawings, specifications, and other documents provided.
Project Information
Clients are responsible for providing current and complete project documents, including drawings, specifications, addenda, and relevant revisions. If project information changes after an estimate has been prepared, additional work or revisions may be required depending on the extent of the changes and the agreed project scope.
Estimates and Pricing
All estimates are prepared for budgeting, bidding, and planning purposes based on the information and pricing available at the time of preparation. Actual construction costs may vary due to material price changes, labor rates, supplier pricing, site conditions, design revisions, market fluctuations, or other factors outside the estimator’s control.
Our estimates are intended to provide a practical cost reference and should not be considered a guarantee of the final construction cost.
Payments
Project pricing, payment requirements, and applicable terms will be communicated to the client before work begins. By approving a proposal or estimate, the client agrees to the payment terms associated with the project. Work may begin after the required payment or authorization has been received.
Revisions and Changes
Revisions are considered according to the original project scope. If new drawings, substantial design changes, additional trades, or significant scope modifications are introduced after the estimate has been completed, the project may require additional time or charges. Any such changes will be communicated to the client before additional work is performed.
Delivery
Estimated completion and delivery times depend on project size, complexity, document quality, scope, and the information provided by the client. Global Estimating LLC will make reasonable efforts to meet the agreed timeline; however, delays caused by incomplete information, revised drawings, additional requirements, or circumstances beyond our control may affect delivery.
Confidentiality
Client drawings, specifications, pricing information, project details, and other documents shared with Global Estimating LLC are treated as confidential and used only for the purpose of completing the agreed work. We take reasonable steps to protect client information from unauthorized use or disclosure.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all proprietary estimating methods, templates, systems, calculations, and internal processes used to prepare project deliverables remain the property of Global Estimating LLC. Client-specific deliverables are provided for use in connection with the intended project and may not be commercially redistributed without prior permission.
Limitation of Liability
Construction estimates are based on available project information and prevailing assumptions at the time of preparation. Global Estimating LLC is not responsible for cost differences resulting from market changes, inaccurate or incomplete documents, design revisions, unforeseen site conditions, contractor decisions, supplier pricing, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Clients remain responsible for reviewing estimates and making final decisions regarding bidding, purchasing, contracting, and construction.
Third-Party Information
Where project pricing or product information is obtained from suppliers, manufacturers, subcontractors, or other third-party sources, such information may change without notice. Global Estimating LLC does not guarantee the continued availability, pricing, or specifications of third-party products or services.
Updates to These Terms
Global Estimating LLC may update these Terms and Conditions when necessary to reflect changes in our services, business practices, or applicable requirements. Updated terms may be posted on this website and will apply to future projects unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We cover the entire construction lifecycle from cost estimating, providing materials take off, advancing bid documents, offering quantities, CPM scheduling, and supplementary construction related services such as BIM on both the residential, commercial, and industrial spectrum.
Most estimations, depending on the complexity of the build, have a turnaround of 24 – 48 hours from receiving the build scope and related documents.
Absolutely. While many of our clients choose estimating firms physically close to them, our remote agents offer the same level of expertise to contractors, developers, and builders regardless of your geographic location.
We work with sealed bid sets and PDF schematics and other construction documents. Links to your Dropbox or your virtual project portals will work as well.
